3. Eligibility

Data Menu offers location-based digital data products, including but not limited to data sets of dealership locations, business addresses, and other relevant information. These products are available in formats such as Excel, CSV, JSON, and other downloadable file types.

4.2 Access to Products

Purchased digital products are available for download via your account under the “Downloads” or “Orders” section at the top of our website. Upon successful purchase, you will have immediate access to your downloadable files.

5. Payment and Pricing

5.1 Payment Methods

We accept payment through Stripe and PayPal. All purchases must be paid in full at the time of checkout. No products will be delivered until payment has been received.

5.2 Pricing

Prices for our products are clearly listed on our website. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time without prior notice. Once a purchase is completed, the price is final and non-negotiable.

5.3 Taxes

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Refunds Within 6 Hours

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are only available within 6 hours of purchase. Refunds will be provided only if there is a proven issue with the file (e.g., corruption, missing data). You must provide valid evidence of the issue for our team to process a refund request. If the claim is validated, we will issue a replacement file or a refund.

6.2 No Refunds for Mistake Purchases

Mistake purchases are the responsibility of the customer. We encourage all users to carefully review product details before completing their purchase. Refunds for incorrect, accidental, or unintended purchases will not be granted.

6.3 No Refunds After 6 Hours

Once the 6-hour refund window has passed, all sales are final. Refunds will not be granted under any circumstances after this period.
