1. No Refund Policy for Data-Related Purchases

Due to the nature of digital data, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for the following:

  • Data sets & lead datasets
  • Reusable scripts
  • Access to our APIs

2. Refund Policy for Other Services

Discord & Telegram Bots

All purchases are non-refundable. However, upon request, we can shut down server hosting and cancel future subscription payments.

AI Technology

Refund requests are *available within 3 days of purchase. After this period, AI-related services are non-refundable.

EXE / Mac App Development

Custom-built desktop software is non-refundable once the purchase is made.

Crypto Development

Refunds are *available within 5 days after purchase. After this period, all sales are final.

Mobile & Website Development

- Refunds are *available within 5 days of purchase. - Between 5 and 14 days, a 50% refund may be granted. - After 14 days, no refunds will be issued.

Custom Requests (Outside These Categories)

Refunds follow this schedule:

  • Within 2 days → Full refund *available
  • Between 2 and 5 days25% refund may be granted

3. Final Sale

Once the applicable refund period has expired, all sales are final. No refunds will be granted under any circumstances beyond these limits.
