Skill Sets
Time at the Bar
At "Time at the Bar," I spearheaded a comprehensive coding initiative, orchestrating a dynamic tech stack. Employing Node.js, Puppeteer, Node-fetch, and Axios, I played a key role in building the application.
AWS and Sheets API were seamlessly integrated for efficient data handling. My responsibilities encompassed database management, utilizing SQL with tools like pgAdmin 4 and PuTTY. Crafting an immersive user experience, I designed the frontend using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, while the backend, powered by Node.js, delivered robust functionalities.
Automation was a cornerstone of our strategy, and I implemented Puppeteer and Electron to validate data and streamline daily tasks. Additionally, my contributions extended to the mobile application, developed using Android Studio, ensuring a cohesive and efficient solution for the operations at "Time at the Bar."
Stock Checker
In the development of the "Stock Checker" project, I applied a diverse skill set to create a versatile solution. Utilizing Electron and Electron Builder, I designed a Shopify addon, WordPress plugin, Wix plugin, and standalone applications compatible with Windows, Mac, and Linux. This comprehensive tool enabled users to effortlessly connect their e-commerce platforms with product suppliers.
The system automated updates, ensuring synchronized stock levels, pricing adjustments based on user-defined rules (e.g., a 10% markup), and the seamless incorporation of updated product images and descriptions from suppliers. Leveraging Node.js, Node-fetch, and Axios, I established robust communication with supplier APIs, allowing for real-time data updates.
PHP played a crucial role in handling server-side logic for the plugins, ensuring smooth integration with various content management systems. This solution significantly reduced the manual effort required to manage stock, pricing, and product information, offering users a streamlined and efficient e-commerce experience.
