Sales Agreement

Sales Agreement for Services between Data Menu Limited (the “Service Provider”) and the buyer (the “Buyer”).

Scope of Services. The Service Provider shall provide the services described on the website www.datamenu.co.uk (the “Services”) to the Buyer.

Payment Terms. The Buyer shall pay the Service Provider the amount specified on the website www.datamenu.co.uk for the Services. Payment shall be made in full at the time the Buyer places the order.

Delivery of Services. The Service Provider shall deliver the Services to the Buyer in accordance with the specifications set forth on the website www.datamenu.co.uk.

Intellectual Property Rights. The Service Provider shall retain all intellectual property rights in the Services, including any software or other materials used to provide the Services.

Warranty. The Service Provider warrants that the Services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner in accordance with industry standards.

Revisions. In the event that the Services provided are not satisfactory to the Buyer, the Service Provider will provide revisions that were agreed upon at the time of purchase.

Refund Policy. The Service Provider operates a no-refund policy. However, in exceptional cases, a refund may be given at the discretion of Data Menu Limited, provided that the Buyer can provide substantial proof that the tool or service is not functional. If it is deemed not substantial, a partial refund may be given at the choice of Data Menu Limited. Any refund must be requested within 10 days of the date of purchase. After this period, the Buyer will no longer be eligible for a refund. In lieu of a refund, the Service Provider may offer a discount on future purchases.

Limitation of Liability. The Service Provider’s liability for any claims arising out of this Agreement shall be limited to the amount paid by the Buyer for the Services.

Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, including but not limited to:

9.1. The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013;

9.2. The Consumer Rights Act 2015;

9.3. The Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002;

9.4. The Data Protection Act 2018;

9.5. Any other applicable laws and regulations.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.

By placing an order on the website www.datamenu.co.uk, the Buyer agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
