- Purpose
This agreement is made between the Client, referred to as “You,” and the Provider, referred to as “Codingdan,” and shall become effective upon the Client’s approval of the purchase on Fiverr or the website. By pressing “Agree” or making a purchase on either platform, You acknowledge that You have read and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
In addition, for purchases made on the website, the following clause applies:
By making a purchase on the website, You agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement, including any additional terms and conditions that may be displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
- Parties Involved
2.1. Client: You
2.2. Provider: Codingdan
- Leads
3.1. The leads provided may vary in terms of profession and location unless a specific request is made. In such a case, if the request cannot be fulfilled, the leads shall be selected at random from the available sources.
3.2. The leads are sourced from publicly accessible sources such as websites and directories. Leads without a designated location will be assigned one based on their area code.
3.3. The Provider cannot guarantee that the leads have not been previously contacted prior to sale.
3.4. The Provider does not own the leads’ information. The service offered is to collect information from publicly accessible sources for sale purposes.
3.5. The Provider is not obligated to disclose the sources from which the information was collected.
- Liability
4.1. The Client assumes full responsibility for any and all legal issues or disputes that may arise from the use of the leads data.
4.2. The Provider shall not be held responsible or incur any fines, expenses, or legal involvement.
- Lead Accuracy
5.1. There is no guarantee of accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the leads provided.
5.2. The Provider is willing to offer a discount or compensation with additional leads, if agreed upon by both parties.
- Phone Numbers
6.1. The type of phone number provided with the leads may vary.
6.2. The Provider cannot guarantee accuracy for mobile numbers and may include other types such as landline.
6.3 The Client is responsible for scrubbing the leads against the Do Not Call list.
6.4 The Client is responsible for ensuring that they are using the information in a manner that is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Termination
7.1. This agreement shall only be terminated if the Client returns the leads with proof that they have not been stored or acted upon.
By agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement, the Client acknowledges and accepts the provisions set forth herein.
